Question: How much does Tel-Star cost?
Answer: The Tel-star system is free. However there are two rental packages available.
RP1 Will cost you £2 day but we may utilise some of your air time to advertise local businesses.
RP2 Will cost you £4 day without any local businesses advertising
Question: What hardware do I need?
Answer:You will need to purchase a PC.
We will help source one for you or give you the specification.
Our approach is that you own the hardware.
With other systems you may pay a rental yet never own anything.
We prefer that you have something tangable to own and invest in.
A business asset with some value.
Question: I am a singer can I use Tel-Star to play my music on stage?
Answer: Yes
The Tel-Star performer module has been designed with entertainers in mind.
It supports cdg karaoke files but you can also download text lyrics and
synchronise them with your audio files. There are many other features
that enable you to put on a polished performance.
Question: Do I get technical support and software updates?
Answer: Yes
Support is standard with both rental packages from 9am - 5pm 5 days a week. Software updates are made available via the internet or CD depending on your prefered choice.
